With more than 30 years of experience as a former owner/operator of a 60-unit waterfront motel in Midcoast Maine and as a hospitality consultant with clients in New York, Florida and the West Indies, John has more hands on experience in the hospitality industry than most in his field. For the last several years John has focused on facilitating sales of hospitality properties representing buyers, sellers, banks and limited partnerships. His years of industry experience as an owner and consultant adds a unique perspective to help the deals such as Boatyards, Golf courses, motels and restaurants all come to a closing. John is a licensed Broker in Maine, currently a Hospitality specialist for Legacy Properties Sotheby's International Realty and has studied at State University of New York and NYU's Stern School of Business focusing on the Hospitality sector. He is also a member of the Maine Innkeepers Association, the Maine Real Estate and Development Association (MEREDA) and the Maine Commercial Association of Realtors.
