I specialize in residential properties and land in the villages of Mid-Coast Maine and in the more rural areas inland from the Coast. My listings and sales include lake, river and oceanfront properties, large parcels of land for personal or business use or for development and small farms. Primary residences, second homes, vacation properties condominiums and commercial properties are also within my field of expertise.

Professional Experience

I am a long time resident of the Camden-Rockport Area and have been serving buyers and sellers of real estate in Mid-Coast Maine for over 21 years. I have listed and sold hundreds of properties including first homes, “move up” homes, second homes, retirement homes, multi-family properties, cottages and farms. I have also listed and sold home sites, condominiums, large parcels of land for personal use, for farming and for residential and commercial development.

Professional Education and Designations

Masters in Business Administration (MBA) Baruch College School of Business and Public Administration, New York, N.Y. 1978. Licensed Real Estate Agent 1987. Completed Commercial-Investment Real Estate Council (CCIM) Course: Fundamentals of Real Estate and Taxation 1988. Served on the Professional Standards Committee of the Penobscot Board of Realtors for three year term. Currently a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Maine Association of Realtors and the Mid-Coast Board of Realtors and serving on the Mid-Coast Board’s Grievance Committee.

Personal/Comments

The beautiful area in which I work and live is rich with culture and activities that appeal to a wonderful variety of people. Maine is aptly named “Vacationland”. No matter what the season, there are opportunities for exploring one’s special interests in a wide variety of areas including sports of all kinds, boating, fine art, crafts, music, photography, theater and adult education to name a few. A few of my special interests include boating, curling, playing music with local musicians and metaphysical studies.
