	        Members of the Belfast Fire Department responded to a small fire on Front Street that was believed to be the result of a discarded cigarette Monday, May 21, at about 3 p.m., Fire Chief James Richards said. The fire, which ignited some mulch, was quickly extinguished. Richards said now that the sun is out and the ground is dry the fire department will likely receive a number of calls for similar incidents.
