First-year Belfast Area High School girls varsity basketball coach Amy Dyer-Kelley was to begin three weeks of youth clinics for Belfast area children on Sunday, Jan. 3 in the afternoon at the high school, but the forecast of heavy snow has put a damper on the first week.

Now, the first clinic will be Sunday, Jan. 10 and be held three consecutive Sundays. Players in grades three through five will meet noon to 2 p.m. and those in grades six through eight will meet 2 to 4 p.m. at the school.

The cost of the clinics is $15 for the three weeks. The cost includes a t-shirt.

Registration is the first Sunday.
