The following cases were closed in Fifth District Court in Belfast between Jan. 4 and Jan. 8.

Stanley R. Bass, 45, of Clinton was found guilty of operating while license suspended or revoked and fined $250.

Michael Bickford, 57, of Burnham was found guilty of failure to timely register a bear, deer, moose or turkey and fined $300.

Wayne H. Bickford II, 27, of Montville was found guilty of displaying a fictitious vehicle certificate and fined $300.

Luke Bolduc, 19, of Stockton Springs had a charge of minor possessing liquor dismissed.

William W. Burrows, 16, of Jackson was found guilty of operating an all-terrain vehicle under 18 years old without headgear and fined $100. He was also found guilty of operating an ATV on a public way and fined $100.

Christopher J. Crowe, 20, of Anson was found guilty of attaching false plates and fined $200.

Taylor G. Cummings, 22, of Belfast was found guilty of failing to make oral or written accident report and fined $700.

Gary Curtis, 52, of Rolingford, N.H., was found guilty of operating watercraft without safety equipment and fined $50.

Desiree Gerrior, 28, of Montville was found guilty of sale and use of drug paraphernalia and fined $300 and she also was found guilty of possession of marijuana and fined $350.

Kevin J. Goodrup, 18, of Knox was found guilty of minor consuming liquor and fined $200.

Israel Irish, 39, of Burnham was found guilty of failure to timely register a bear, deer, moose or turkey and fined $300.

Phillip H. Kelley II, 33, of Frankfort was found guilty of operating while license suspended or revoked with a prior and fined $500.

Carly M. Milliard, 25, of Martinsburg, W. Va., was found guilty of operating under the influence with one prior and fined $700, sentenced to 30 days in jail and her license suspended for three years. She also was found guilty of sale and use of drug paraphernalia and fined $300. A charge of driving to endanger was dismissed.

Tiffany D. Paige, 28, of Belfast was found guilty of criminal attempt and violating condition of release and fined $400 and given seven days in jail.

April N. Pickering, 22, of Stockton Springs was found guilty of operating while license suspended or revoked and fined $250.

Priscilla A. Robinson, 20, of Searsport was found guilty of operating while license suspended or revoked with a prior and fined $500.

Paul D. Rowan, 20, of Northport was found guilty of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

Lee T. Slagle, 33, of Swanville was found guilty of operating while license suspended or revoked with a prior and fined $600.

Holly Walsh, 32, of Brooks was found guilty of failure to register vehicle and fined $100.

Dusty Ward, 50, of Belmont was found guilty of allowing dog to be at large with priors and fined $50. He also was found guilty of keeping a dangerous dog and fined $50.

Cheryl A. Warren, 49, of Winterport was found guilty of violating condition of release and given two days in jail.

Jesse R. Young, 26, of Frankfort was found guilty of operating under the influence and fined $600 and given 48 hours in jail.
