An arrest or summons does not constitute a finding of guilt. An individual charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at criminal proceedings.

The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity between Jan. 5 and Jan. 12.

Jan. 5

Justin E. Grover, 21, of Hampden was summoned for violation of a protection order.

Jan. 6

Preston R. McLeod, 31, of Orrington was summoned for failure to show proof of insurance.

Matthew T. Brann, 28, of Hampden was summoned for speeding 71 mph in a 45 mph zone on Swan Lake Avenue in Swanville.

Rita M. Baldwin, 60, of Monroe was summoned for an inspection sticker violation.

Elise A. Harrington, 26, of Troy was summoned for an inspection sticker violation.

Jan. 7

Deborah L. Norris, 50, of Winterport was summoned for disorderly conduct.

Scott W. Wilson, 43, of Winterport was summoned for speeding 69 mph in a 45 mph zone on Monroe Road in Winterport.

Jan. 8

Scott E. Lovely, 38, of Unity was summoned for operating after suspension.

Jan. 9

Matthew A. Crossman, 23, of Bangor was arrested for operating under the influence, two counts of obstructing the report of a crime or injury, assault and summoned for criminal mischief.

John Krueger, 29, of Prospect was arrested for violating condition of release.

Darrell C. Ogden, 54, of Winterport was summoned for violation of a protective order.

Jan. 10

Christopher R. Parisean, 38, of Brooks was arrested for domestic violence assault and domestic violence terrorizing.

Jan. 11

Patrick R. Bickford, 21, of Brooks was summoned for an inspection violation.
