Legion to sponsor Super Bowl dinner party

On Sunday, Feb. 7 at 3:30 p.m., the American Legion in Belfast will host its annual Super Bowl dinner party.

The menu will be baked stuffed haddock or chicken breast with stuffing, garlic mashed potatoes, peas or carrots, biscuits and pies. The program starts at 3:30 p.m. with a happy hour, and dinner will be served from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. and the game starts at 6 p.m..

There will be prizes for everyone.

Tickets are $7 per person for members and guests, and for advance sales call 338-1202, or drop by the Frank D. Hazeltine Post 43, at 143 Church St..

Proceeds will benefit veterans projects and support the post.
