Waldo County Superior Court

The following cases were closed in Waldo County Superior Court in Belfast between Jan. 11 and Jan. 15.

Jerry D. Blasingim, 41, of Belfast was found guilty of assault and fined $300 and sentenced to 10 days in jail.

Jesse D. Brown, 26, of Bangor was found to have violated his probation for a previous possession of sexually explicit material of a minor under 12 conviction and was given four days in jail and had his probation revoked.

Kirt Jon Damon Jr., 20, of Stockton Springs was found not guilty of domestic violence assault and terrorizing.

Leland J. Griffin, 59, of Liberty had an assault charge dismissed.
