An arrest or summons does not constitute a finding of guilt. An individual charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at criminal proceedings.

The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity between Jan. 12 and Jan. 18.

Jan. 12

Donald R. Gummon, 45, of Brooks was summoned for an inspection sticker violation.

Jan. 13

Amy L. Ross, 24, of Newburgh was summoned for speeding 40 mph in a 25 mph posted zone on Route 7 in Brooks.

Kelly J. McCormick, 44, of Troy was summoned for speeding 63 mph in a 45 mph posted zone on North Dixmont Road in Troy.

Adam Carter, 28, of Blue Hill was summoned for speeding 41 mph in a 25 mph zone on Route 1A in Frankfort.

Jan. 15

Earland W. Grindle Jr., 40, of Islesboro was arrested for domestic violence assault and summoned for criminal mischief.

Jammie Schuft, 32, of Liberty was summoned for operating an expired registration more than 150 days past due.

Dale Bryant, 51, of Knox was arrested on two counts of assault.

Christopher J. Gerhard, 22, of Thorndike was arrested for operating under the influence and summoned for possession of a usable amount of marijuana.

Jan. 16

Raymond Porter, 32, of Searsmont was arrested for operating while license suspended.

Jan. 17

William J. Mathieson, 29, of Montville was arrested for assault and refusing to submit to arrest or detention and summoned for criminal trespass.

Raymond Miner, 23, of Knox was arrested for violating condition of release.

Lucas B. Raven, 32, of Freedom was arrested for domestic assault.

Jan. 18

Lisa M. Lauterbach, 48, of Belmont was summoned for operating after suspension.
