Sunday, Jan. 31 Democrats in Waldo County will caucus to select delegates to the Democratic State Convention, elect municipal party officers and county committee members, and discuss policy issues affecting all the people of Maine.
People not currently registered in a political party but who would like to enroll as Democrats may do so at their town office or at the caucus.
The locations and times for the town caucuses are as follows:
Belfast: Belfast Free Library, 1 p.m.
Belmont: Town Office, 1 p.m.
Brooks: Town Office, 1 p.m.
Burnham: Friends of Unity Wetlands Education Center, 3 p.m.
Frankfort: Stockton Springs Town Office, 1 p.m.
Freedom: Town Office, 1 p.m.
Islesboro: Town Office, 1 p.m.
Jackson: Town Office, 1 p.m.
Knox: Friends of Unity Wetlands Education Center, 3 p.m.
Liberty: Town Office, 1 p.m.
Lincolnville: Lincolnville Central School, 3 p.m.
Monroe: Town Office, 1 p.m.
Montville: Town Office, 2 p.m.
Morrill: Belmont Town Office, 1 p.m.
Northport: Town Office, 2 p.m.
Palermo: Friends of Unity Wetlands Education Center, 3 p.m.
Prospect: Stockton Springs Town Office, 1 p.m.
Searsmont: Town Office, 1 p.m.
