The following cases were closed in Waldo County Superior Court between Jan. 19 and Jan. 22.

Jessica Robin Bailey, 31, of Thorndike was found guilty of criminal attempt and fined $400. A charge of criminal trespass was dismissed.

Abigail R. Berry, 25, of Jackson was found not guilty of domestic violence assault.

Sara N. Brown, 20, of Belfast was found guilty of five counts of false public alarm or report and sentenced to seven days in jail and ordered to pay $200 restitution.

Wade Alan Clark, 20, of Troy was found guilty of gross sexual assault and sexual abuse of a minor and given five years in prison with all but six months suspended and will be required to serve four years’ probation.

Christopher P. Daley, 25, of Searsport was found guilty of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs and fined $400 and sentenced to three years and six months in prison with all but nine months suspended. He also will be required to serve three years’ probation.

Mark A. Fuller, 30, of Knox was found guilty of two counts of sexual abuse of a minor and was given five years in prison with all but one year suspended and will be required to serve two years’ probation.

Joyce A. Kief, 57, of Searsport was found guilty of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer with priors and sentenced to 18 months in prison, all suspended and will be required to serve two years’ probation and pay $48.67 restitution. She also was found guilty of violating her probation for a previous theft by unauthorized taking or transfer with priors and sentenced to 30 days in jail. Her probation was partially revoked and continued.

Edward Andrews Lally, 34, of Northport was found guilty of violating condition of release and fined $250.

Thomas S. Selby, 44, of Thorndike was found guilty of operating after habitual offender revocation with a prior and fined $1,000 and given six months in jail.
