The following cases were closed in Fifth District Court in Belfast between Jan. 25 and Jan. 29.

Kenneth J. Billings, no age given, of Hartland was found guilty of operating under the influence with one prior and fined $700 and given 90 days in jail with all but 15 days suspended. He also will be required to serve one year’s probation and had his license suspended for three years and registration suspended.

Ashley J. Bonin, 26, of Belfast was found guilty of operating while license suspended or revoked with a prior and violating condition of release and fined $500 and sentenced to five days in jail. Charges of unlawful use of license and an additional charge of operating while license suspended or revoked with a prior were dismissed.

Cheryl Briggs, 43, of Belfast was found guilty of operating under the influence with one prior and fined $800, given 12 days in jail and had her license suspended for three years. She also was found guilty of driving to endanger and fined $575 and had her license suspended for 30 days.

Karen Wolf Fennessey, 64, of Key Largo, Fla., was found guilty of operating under the influence and fined $600 and had her license suspended 90 days. She also was found guilty of failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident and fined $200. A charge of driving to endanger was dismissed.

Shawn W. Floyd, 26, of Belfast was found guilty of littering and fined $100.

Douglas Hardy, 30, of Searsport was found guilty of assault and fined $300 and also found guilty of domestic violence assault and fined $30 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, all suspended, and will be required to serve one year’s probation.

Jonathan Kinney, 29, of Winterport was found to have violated his probation for a previous domestic violence assault conviction and was given 244 days in jail and had his probation revoked.

Michael C. Littlefield, 24, of Belfast had a charge of domestic violence assault dismissed.

Harmony Palmer, 20, of Swanville was found guilty of minor consuming liquor and fined $200.

Mark A. Peak, 22, of Frankfort was found guilty of sale and use of drug paraphernalia and fined $300.

Stacy Thayer, 38, of Belfast was found guilty of operating after habitual offender revocation and fined $500 and sentenced to 30 days in jail.

Alan Tinker, 64, of Searsmont was found guilty of trapping within 200 yards of a dwelling without consent and fined $100.

Ashleigh Marie Tracy, 21, of Belfast was found guilty of unlawful furnishing of scheduled drugs and sentenced to two days in jail and had her probation partially revoked.

Mariah Vallaire, 25, of Jackson was found guilty of attaching false plates and fined $150.

Edward C. Whitwam, 50, of Winterport was found guilty of cruelty to animals and fined $400 and ordered to pay $575 restitution. He also was found guilty of dishcharging a firearm or crossbow near a dwelling and fined $100.

Tina M. Woodard, 43, of Swanville was found guilty of operating under the influence with one prior and given five months and 10 days in jail and her probation was revoked.

Spencer H. Yeo, 20, of Prospect was found guilty of violating condition of release and fined $250.

Victor O. Young, 54, of Searsport was found guilty of disorderly conduct, offensive words and gestures and fined $150.
