An arrest or summons does not constitute a finding of guilt. An individual charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at criminal proceedings.

The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity between Jan. 26 and Feb. 2.

Jan. 27
Daniel Beeton, 20, of Stockton Springs was arrested for stealing drugs and theft by unauthorized taking.

Jan. 28
Earl Gary III, 33, of Corinth was arrested for operating after suspension, operating under the influence and unauthorized use of property.

Jan. 29
Derek A. Varney, 36, of Brooks was summoned for improper passing on Route 7 in Waldo.

Nikolas Ames, 20, of Waldoboro was summoned for operating without a license.

Alonzo Burgess, 65, of Camden was summoned for harassment by telephone.

Jan. 30
Benigno A. Soto, 56, of Belfast was summoned for operating without a license.

Stephen A. Smith, 22, of Searsmont was arrested for assault, disorderly conduct, domestic violence assault and criminal trespass.

Jan. 31
Shawna L. Sandberg, 28, of Jackson was summoned for displaying a fictitious inspection sticker and possession of an open alcohol container.

Patricia L. Ryan, 43, of Belfast was summoned for an inspection sticker violation.

Aaron Gibbs, 34, of Stockton Springs was summoned for failure to stop at a stop sign.

Eric A. Bagley, 40, of Monroe was summoned for speeding 67 mph in a 45 mph posted zone on Route 174 in Prospect.

Joshua Farnham, 26, of Charleston was arrested on a warrant for failure to pay fines.

Frank Leathers, 24, of Winterport was arrested on a probation violation.

Feb. 1
At about 11:30 a.m. on Route 220 in Montville, Jennifer S. Davis, 26, of Brewer swerved to avoid a turkey in a 2003 Honda sport-utility vehicle when she lost control of the vehicle on the slush-covered road. The vehicle went off the road and rolled onto its side. Davis was not seriously injured and damage to the vehicle was estimated at $3,000.

Feb. 2
Mickey D. Lacroix, 34, of Brunswick was arrested for operating under the influence and operating after suspension.
