The following cases were closed in Fifth District Court in Belfast between Feb. 8 and Feb. 12.
Alic F. Albright, 17, of Unity had a charge of passing a stopped school bus dismissed.
Peter J. Champa, 21, of Brooks had a charge of passing a stopped school bus dismissed.
David Scott Grose, 47, of Burlington, Vt., was found guilty of theft by receiving stolen property and was given 10 days in jail and ordered to pay $750 restitution.
Shawn Rae Johnson, 40, of Northport was found guilty of violating condition of release and fined $200. He also was found guilty of failing to make oral or written accident report and fined $200.
Joshua Maloon, 23, of Knox had a charge of assault dismissed.
Wayne A. Manning, 55, of Brooks was found guilty of disorderly conduct, loud, unreasonable noise and fined $100. A charge of domestic violence assault was dismissed.
Mark Chester Munroe, 45, of Swanville was found guilty of violating condition of release and given 48 hours in jail.
James Mylen, 18, of Winterport had a charge of reckless conduct dismissed.
Stephen T. Preston, 48, of Winterport was found guilty of violating condition of release and given four days in jail.
Deborah A. Swazey, 24, of Bangor had a charge of operating while license suspended or revoked dismissed.
Robert L. Warren, 24, of Winterport was found guilty of hindering apprehension or prosecution and fined $400.
