Free bluegrass in Belfast

Overcomers Christian Fellowship will host a concert featuring the young bluegrass band American Roots Saturday, Feb. 20 at 6 p.m. The church is a short way up Back Searsport Road.

Seth, Ruth, Renee, and Sam Violette engage their audiences with their undeniable talent on the banjo, mandolin, guitar and bass, singing and playing some of the old favorite bluegrass Western and gospel tunes.

American Roots will play until 8 p.m. Admission is free and light refreshments will be available.
