The following case was closed in Waldo County Superior Court in Belfast between Feb. 8 and Feb. 12.

Stephen T. Preston, 24, of Winterport was found guilty of operating under the influence and fined $700, given six months in jail with all but15 days suspended, will be required to serve one year’s probation and had his license suspended for three years. He also had his registration suspended.
