An arrest or summons does not constitute a finding of guilt. An individual charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at criminal proceedings.

Law enforcement officials with the Belfast Police Department reported the following activity between Feb. 9 and Feb. 16.

Feb. 10

At 2:30 p.m. Domonique Haver, 18, of Bangor was stopped in traffic on Lincolnville Avenue in a 2007 Toyota van as Lori Davidson, 37, of Montville also tried to stop in a 2002 Dodge van. Davidson, who was unable to stop, cut to the left to go around the Toyota but was unable to avoid hitting it. Damage to both vehicles was estimated at $3,500.

Feb. 11

At 12:50 p.m., Tamarack Thomsen, 18, of Belfast was traveling south on Route 7 in a 1994 Geo when his right rear tire blew, causing him to go into a skid, striking a mailbox. Damage to the car was estimated at $1,000.

Feb. 13

Evan D. Finley, 18, of Belfast was summoned for furnishing a place for minors to consume alcohol, furnishing alcohol by a minor and possession of alcohol by a minor.

Michael A. Ripley, 19, of Belfast was summoned for possession of liquor by a minor.

Dexter M. Look, 20, of Belfast was summoned for possession of liquor by a minor.

Matthew J. Cynewski, 19, of Northport was summoned for possession of alcohol by a minor by consumption.

Mark R. White, 20, of Searsmont was summoned for possession of liquor by a minor.

Thorin L. Walton, 35, of Stockton Springs was arrested on a warrant.

Feb. 14

Joshua E. Mace, 22, of Stockton Springs was summoned for speeding 39 mph in a 25 mph zone on Main Street.

John E. Miller, 59, of Newark, Del., was summoned for speeding 39 mph in a 25 mph zone on Main Street.

Jacob R. Hotham, 18, of Raymond was summoned for speeding 54 mph in a 35 mph zone on Route 1.

Brandon Oxton, 37, of Belfast was summoned for speeding 40 mph in a 25 mph zone on High Street.

Bonnie B. Rukin, 65, of Camden was summoned for speeding 40 mph in a 25 mph zone on High Street.

Feb. 15

At about 3:20 p.m. Krissy-Lynne J. Jackson, 18, of Belmont was making a left turn off Starrett Drive onto Belmont Avenue in a 2003 Ford. As she entered the intersection a 1999 Buick, driven by Ruth D. Herrick, 82, of Northport, who was driving east on Belmont Avenue, also entered the intersection. Jackson hit the Buick. Both operators stated they had green lights and police were unable to determine who had the green light. Damage to both vehicles was estimated at $1,500.

Thomas C. Reed, 47, of Woolwich was summoned for speeding 69 mph in a 55 mph zone on Route 3.

Jerrett T. Roy, 28, of Belfast was summoned for speeding 48 mph in a 30 mph zone on Marsh Road.

Allison C. Nanmann, 23, of Belfast was summoned for speeding 45 mph in a 30 mph zone on Marsh Road.

Anthony R. Allen, 18, of Belmont was summoned for speeding 49 mph on 30 mph zone on Marsh Road.

Mark W. Kitchen, 50, of Bangor was summoned for speeding 47 mph in a 30 mph zone on Marsh Road.

Jesse F. Kamienski, 17, of Swanville was summoned for speeding 48 mph in a 30 mph zone on Marsh Road.

Paul J. Berry, 34, of Monroe was summoned for speeding 46 mph in a 30 mph zone on Marsh Road.

Joshua A. Campbell, 26, of Searsmont was summoned for speeding 46 mph in a 30 mph zone on Marsh Road.

Anthony Littlefield, 28, of Belfast was arrested for criminal mischief.

Jessica M. Libby, 21, of Stockton Springs was summoned for speeding 50 mph in a 35 mph zone on Route 1.

Tara E. Walsh, 27, of Belfast was arrested for operating under the influence and summoned for speeding 72 mph in a 45 mph zone on Route 1.

Heather A. Eads, no age given, of Belfast was summoned for speeding 52 mph in a 35 mph zone on Route 1.

Feb. 16

Tami L. Day, 46, of Belfast was arrested for operating under the influence and summoned for speeding 60 mph in a 35 mph zone on Route 141.

Wayne P. Paul, 62, of Belfast was summoned for speeding 72 mph in a 55 mph zone on Route 3.
