An arrest or summons does not constitute a finding of guilt. An individual charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at criminal proceedings.

The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity between Feb. 16 and Feb. 22.

Feb. 16
Joshua A. Sanborn, 29, of Jackson was summoned for a seatbelt violation.

Lucas A. Murdock, 32, of Troy was arrested on a warrant for negotiating a worthless instrument.

William G. Mattingly, 27, of Troy was arrested on a warrant for burglary. He was also charged with theft and violating condition of release.

Chad Overlock, 34, of Belfast was arrested for burglary and theft.

Cameron Philbrook, 34, of Northport was arrested for receiving stolen property.

Feb. 17
Jason Cromeenes, 29, of Lincolnville was arrested for theft.

Catherine Finn, 53, of Belfast was summoned for operating under the influence.

Danny R. Worster, 56, of Hartland was summoned for unsecured load on a vehicle.

Jeffrey S. Allen, 48, of Blue Hill was summoned for speeding 68 mph in a 40 mph zone on Route 3 in Belmont. He also was summoned for improper passing.

Thomas L. Regimbal, 44, of Troy was summoned for assault.

Feb. 18
Jillian M. Porchetta, 21, of Knox was summoned for speeding 61 mph in a 45 mph zone on Route 139 in Thorndike.

Molly Hauser, 23, of Brooks was summoned for operating after suspension.

Feb. 19
Joshua Fuller, 20, of Searsmont was arrested on a warrant for failure to pay fines. He also was charged with possession of a usable amount of marijuana, sale and use of drug paraphernalia and operating after suspension.

Ashley M. Fitzpatrick, 27, of Clinton was summoned for an inspection sticker violation.

Jesse W. Dodge, 28, of Lincolnville was summoned for operating after suspension.

Feb. 21
Matthew H. Hatch, 28, of Bangor was summoned for an inspection violation.

Dustin MacDonald, 28, of Thorndike was summoned for domestic violence assault.

Feb. 22
David Orcutt, 37, of Prospect was arrested for operating while license is suspended and violating condition of release.

John K. Nadeau, 51, of Lincolnville was summoned for operating on a posted road.
