Giles welcomes Restorative Justice reps to State House

State Representative Jayne Giles (R-Belfast), Donna Gilbert and Margaret Micolichek stand in the Hall of Flags Feb. 23, 2010. Gilbert and Micolichek were at the State House as representatives of the Restorative Justice Project of the Midcoast. Restorative Justice works to mentor adult and juvenile offenders involved with the criminal justice system and with behavioral issues in schools by creating offender accountability that builds an awareness of the impact of the offense on the victim and community.
