Belfast-Northport-Swanville Little League baseball will hold registration at the Waldo County YMCA Monday through Friday, March 15-19 from 5 to 7 p.m. and Saturday, March 20 from 9 am to noon.

YMCA league officials will be on hand to help parents and players fill out the sign-up forms. Parents and/or guardians need to bring a copy of the player’s birth certificate and a copy of their current medical insurance card/certificate. A baseball clinic will also be held on Saturday, March 20 at the YMCA from 2 to 5 p.m. for all interested children.

Boys and girls ages 7-12 are invited to sign-up for 10 different teams: five Minor League teams (for those ages 7-11) and five Major League teams (for those ages 9-12).

Player tryouts will be Saturday, March 27 from 2 to 4 p.m. and Monday, March 29 and Monday, April 5 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Waldo County YMCA and at BAHS from 2pm-4pm on Saturday, April 3rd.

Registration is being held at the Waldo County YMCA, but parents must register with a little league representative.

There is no cost to participate on the BNS Little League baseball teams. The league also will be accepting applications for parents or guardians wishing to volunteer time and services to support the players and league for the upcoming season.
