An arrest or summons does not constitute a finding of guilt. An individual charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at criminal proceedings.

Law enforcement officials with the Belfast Police Department reported the following activity between Feb. 23 and March 2:

Feb. 23
Angelina Rock, 33, of Lincolnville was arrested on a warrant for disorderly conduct, offensive words and gestures and harassment.

Feb. 25
Kirt J. Damon Jr., 20, of Stockton Springs was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.

Thomas Hooper, 16, of Belmont was summoned for carrying passengers beyond license restriction.

Feb. 26
Ashleigh N. Gibbs, 21, of Belfast was arrested for domestic assault.

Joseph K. Clarke Jr., 50, of Belfast was arrested for operating under the influence.

At about 10 p.m., Robert Roden, 40, of Searsport was driving east in a 2003 Toyota on Back Searsport Road when the vehicle skidded out of control and went off the road and struck a tree. The road was ice, snow and slush covered. Roden was not injured, and damage to the vehicle was estimated at $2,000.

Feb. 28
Kevin D. Hooper, 42, of Belfast was summoned for leaving the scene of a personal injury accident and unsworn falsification.

Ashley M. Dodd, 21, of Belfast was arrested for violating condition of release.

Brian Sanderson, 32, of Belfast was summoned for failure to show proof of insurance.

At about 10:50 p.m., Lucinda E. Chances, 55, of Lewiston was driving a 2002 Dodge van east on Belmont Avenue when the vehicle got caught in slush and snow, went off the road and struck a tree. She was not injured.
