The following cases were closed in Fifth District Court in Belfast between Feb. 22 and Feb. 26:

Kathleen Anderson, 86, of Middleborough, Mass. had a charge of motor vehicle speeding 30 or more mph above the speed limit dismissed.

Jessica Johnson, 23, of Stockton Springs was found guilty of theft by unauthorized taking and given 10 days in jail and ordered to pay $100 restitution.

Derek J. Keller, 19, of Freedom had a charge of passing a stopped school bus dismissed.

John Carl Krueger, 28, of Bucksport was found guilty of two counts of violating condition of release and fined a total of $400.

David E. Lapointe, 25, of Winterport was found guilty of operating while his license was suspended or revoked and fined $600, given seven days in jail and had his license suspended one year.

Jason A. Lenfest, 36, of Belfast was found guilty of violating condition of release and given 90 days in jail.

Raymond Miner, 23, of Knox was found guilty of violating condition of release and given seven days in jail.

David L. Orcutt, 37, of Prospect was found guilty of operating while his license was suspended or revoked and fined $500. He also was found guilty of violating condition of release and fined $200.

Jessi Piper, 28, of Belfast was found guilty of three counts of operating while her license was suspended or revoked (with priors), refusing to submit to arrest or detention and violating condition of release and fined a total of $1,500 and given 30 days in jail.

Brian M. Rafuse, 46, of Montville was found guilty of unlawful possession of scheduled drug and violating condition of release and fined $400 and given two days in jail. A possession of marijuana charge was dismissed.

Aaron Scott, 29, of Knox was found guilty of operating under the influence with one prior and fined $700, given 60 days in jail with all but 10 days suspended, will be required to serve one-year probation and had his license suspended one year. He also was found guilty of operating while his license was suspended or revoked and fined $250.

Raphael Z. Silver, 39, of Swanville was found guilty of operating under the influence and fined $600, given 72 hours in jail and had his license suspended 90 days.

Tamarack Thomsen, 18, of Belfast had a driving to endanger charge dismissed.
