The following cases were closed in Waldo County Superior Court between Feb. 22 and Feb. 26:

Jason A. Lenfest, 36, of Swanville was found guilty of aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation with priors and fined $1,000, sentenced to five years in prison with all but one year suspended and will be required to serve two years probation. He also was found guilty of operating under the influence (injury or death) with priors and fined $2,100 and given six months in jail.

William J. Mathieson, 29, of Belfast was found to have violated his probation for a previous domestic violence assault charge and was given four months in jail and had his probation revoked.

Robert A. Murphy, 76, of Jackson was found guilty of disorderly conduct and fined $150.

Dennis Clarkson O’Brien, 73, of Searsport had a charge of disorderly conduct, offensive words and gestures dismissed.

Lynne Rayburn, 67, of Belfast was found guilty of three counts of operating after habitual offender revocation and fined a total of $2,000 and given six months in jail. She also was found guilty of failing to make an oral or written accident report, failing to stop and provide name information and violating condition of release and given 30 days in jail.

Tyson S. Servisky, 21, of Brooks was found guilty of domestic violence assault, domestic violence terrorizing and six counts of violating condition of release and given 30 days in jail.

Pamela J. Shorey, 45, of Liberty had a charge of unlawful possession of hydrocodone dismissed.

Stacy Thayer, 38, of Belfast was found guilty of violating her probation for a prior aggravated forgery conviction and given six months in jail and had her probation partially revoked. She also was found guilty of theft by deception and violating condition of release and was given 30 days in jail and ordered to pay $100 restitution.
