An arrest or summons does not constitute a finding of guilt. An individual charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at criminal proceedings.

The Stockton Springs Police Department reported the following incidents from March 5 to March 23:

March 5

Matthew Farrell, 23, of Swanville was summoned for operating after suspension on Harris Road.

March 16

Thadeous MacLeod, 22, was summoned for an inspection violation.

March 18

Ronald Carter, 46, of Dixmont was summoned for speeding 52 mph in a 35 mph zone on Harris Road.

March 19

Linda Storey, 63, of Montville was summoned for speeding on School Street.

March 20

David Littlefield, 28, of Morrill was arrested for failure to register as a sex offender.

Steven Springer, 21, of East Orland was summoned for speeding 64 mph in a 40 mph zone on Route 1.

March 21

Tracy Young, 34, of Ellsworth was arrested for possession of scheduled drugs and summoned for operating after suspension, failure to show proof of insurance, speeding 70 mph in a 55 mph zone on Route 1, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and false attachment of registration plates.

March 23

Kirt Damon Jr., 21, of Stockton was arrested for violating condition of release.
