Rachael E. Horne, daughter of Douglas J. Horne of Essex, Vt., and Morton David Alling IV, son of Dorothy and David Alling of Searsport, were united in marriage on beautiful, sun-drenched March 6, 2010.

James Webb Sr. officiated at the lovely double-ring ceremony at the Searles Chapel in Windham, N.H.

Lisa Reste, sister of the bride, was the maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Clarissa Elliott, Kara Bissonnette and Darlene Marino, sister of the groom, with Genevieve Marino as the flower girl.

Matthew Bissonnette was the best man. Ushers were Alex Paci, Phillip Sorrentino and Richard Marino, brother-in-law of the groom, with Dominick Marino as the ring bearer.

A reception was held at the Brookstone Event Center in Derry, N.H., immediately following the marriage ceremony.

Rachael and Mort left the next morning for a honeymoon of warm breezes on the beaches of St. Thomas in the Caribbean.

The bride graduated from Essex High School in 2001 and the University of Vermont in 2005. She is employed by Autism Bridges in Manchester, N.H.

The groom graduated from the Lakeland Regional High School in 1996 and the University of Vermont in 2001. He is employed by Charles River in Wilmington, Mass. They reside in Londonderry, N.H.
