Bill is survived by his longtime companion, Doris Anderson; his mother, Elizabeth L. Reynolds; a sister, Rebecca E. Reynolds; a daughter, Cheryl Ann Briggs; a son, Michael William Reynolds; five grandchildren, Michael Allen Reynolds, Michelle Alyssa Reynolds, Ashley Renee Briggs, Paul David Elwell and Carli Jo Briggs.
