June P. Greenlaw, 89, died at Harbor Hill Center April 5, 2010.

She was born May 25, 1920, in Bradley, a daughter of Leslie and Wilda (Cooper) Merrill.

June was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She dedicated her life to being a housewife and raising her daughter, then eventually spending time with her grandchildren. She loved to socialize and made many friends along the way. First with the Coffee Club group at McDonald’s and then at Dunkin’ Donuts. The last four years she had made many loving friends at Harbor Hill.

She is survived by a daughter, Melody Keene, and her husband, Jeffrey, of Belfast; a son, Leslie Trundy, of St. Cloud, Fla., and his daughter, Wendy LaPinta, and her husband, Dominic, of Merritt Island, Fla.; four grandchildren, Travis Keene and his wife, Mylee, of Brooks, Kyle Keene and his girlfriend, Colleen Abbott, of Belfast, Nicholas LaPinta and Katherine LaPinta of Merritt Island, Fla.

June was predeceased by her parents; her husband, Byron; a sister, Eleanor Girard; and a brother, Leslie Merrill.

There will be no visiting hours or service. Friends are welcome to visit Sunday, April 11, at Melody and Jeff’s home between the hours of 1-3 p.m. A private committal will be held at a later date.
