An arrest or summons does not constitute a finding of guilt. An individual charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at criminal proceedings.

Law enforcement officials with the Belfast Police Department reported the following activity between March 30 and April 6.

Korey L. Philbrick, 41, of Belfast was summoned for criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon.

March 30
Holly Chadbourne, 33, of Unity was summoned for negotiating a worthless instrument.

March 31
Sara N. Brown, 20, of Belfast was arrested on a warrant for unpaid fines.

April 1
Brenda L. Frost, 19, of Belfast was arrested on a warrant for a bail violation.

April 2
Jesse Dodge, 28, of Lincolnville was arrested on a warrant for unpaid fines.

Lucas A. Murdock, 32, of Troy was arrested on a warrant for violating condition of release.

David A. Veilleux, 25, of Belfast was summoned for possession of a usable amount of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

April 5
Steven J. Russell, 30, of Belfast was summoned for an inspection sticker violation.

Dorothy I. Fraser, 47, of Searsport was summoned for an inspection sticker violation.
