Acrylic painter Elaine Niemi is The Working Art Gallery’s newest guest artist. Niemi has developed a unique paint-and-erase style of painting. She brushes colors on a sheet of acid-free paper, examines various shapes that form in the wet paint and then erases surrounding colors with a clean brush to define and enhance the images she likes.

The Working Art Gallery has room for artists who are interested in exhibiting their work.  Currently, the gallery is exhibiting works of 22 visiting artists at 65 Main St. Media include oil, watercolor, acrylics, graphite, photography and sculpture.

For information on to exhibit work at the gallery, call 338-4820 or visit theworkingartgallery.com.
