Joline B. Murphy, 63, died April 13, 2010, at Penobscot Bay Medical Center. She was born Aug. 24, 1946, in Lewiston, the daughter of Edward and Madeline (Lachance) Turcotte.

Joline was a devoted mother of three loving children and a reliable, hard-working nurse. She had an immense love of animals and enjoyed time gardening, drawing and traveling. She had an incredible sense of humor and will be missed greatly by all who knew her.

She is survived by three children; Colly Murphy of Hollis, Wayne Murphy and his wife, Annie, of Kingston, R.I., and Jammie Murphy and her husband, Gabe Schuft, of Liberty; a grandson, Thomas James Murphy; and aunts, uncles and cousins.

Joline was predeceased by her parents.

Family and friends will gather for visitation from 1-3 p.m. Saturday April 17, at Young Funeral Home, 31 West Main St.
