Contra dance at Simonton Corner

The monthly contra dance will take place Saturday, April 24 at Simonton Corner Community Hall, Park and Main streets. The dancing will begin 8 p.m., and admission will be $8 at the door.

Providing the tunes will be Whiffletree, comprised of the talented brothers Tyler and Seth Yentes of Monroe. The night’s caller will be Kim Roberts.

Beginners and singles are welcome, and bringing one’s own drinking water is recommended. For more information, call 832-5584.
