Waldo County Superior Court

The following cases were closed in Waldo County Superior Court between April 12 and April 16:

Bristol Pedro M. Delgado, 26, of Searsmont, was found to have violated his probation for a previous conviction of reckless violation of a protective order and was given 20 months in prison and had his probation revoked.

William B. Pelletier, 73, of Hermon, was found guilty of a threatening display of a weapon and fined $300. Three charges of criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon were dismissed.
