An arrest or summons does not constitute a finding of guilt. An individual charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at criminal proceedings.

Law enforcement officials with the Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity between April 21 and April 27.

Apologetic man asks to be arrested

Nathan S. Richardson, 25, of Jackson was arrested April 25 on Bog Road in Jackson for domestic assault. Police said Richardson and a female had gotten into an argument, and that he grabbed her by the hair, which caused her to fall. She reportedly cut her head and sustained a significant cut over her right eye.

Police said Richardson, who had allegedly been drinking, was very cooperative, asked to be arrested, and was very apologetic, reportedly saying “I should never have done that.” Richardson was taken to Waldo County Jail and has a May 18 court date.

Angela Queener, 25, of Unity was summoned for operating after suspension.

Tammy L. Pagliaroli, 39, of Cornville was summoned for an inspection sticker violation.

Dillon S. Brown, 17, of Winterport was summoned for an inspection sticker violation.

Timothy G. Daley, 28, of Searsport was arrested for violating condition of release and for operating after suspension.

Tammy L. Pagliaroli, 39, of Cornville was summoned for an inspection sticker violation.

April 22
Jennifer Phillips, 38, of Columbia, S.C., was arrested on a warrant for violating condition of release, failing to stop for an officer, operating after suspension, and hindering apprehension.

Matthew Bolduc, 24, of Stockton Springs was arrested on a warrant for operating while license was suspended.

William T. Bucklin, 18, of Albion was summoned for an inspection sticker violation.

Morgan E. Dupuis, 20, of Bangor was summoned for operating after suspension and for an inspection sticker violation.

Sheilla Jo Dingus, 49, of Monroe was summoned for an inspection sticker violation.

Cody E. Brassbridge, 21, of Belfast was arrested for operating under the influence and summoned for speeding 61 mph in a 45 mph zone on Marsh Stream Road in Frankfort.

April 24
Ryan R. Seekins, 20, of Stockton Springs was summoned for an inspection sticker violation.

April 25

Harmony S. Palmer, 21, of Swanville was summoned for illegal possession of liquor by a minor. [Editor’s note: Ms. Palmer was summoned the day before her 21st birthday.]

Claude H. White, 48, of Searsport was summoned for speeding 84 mph in a 50 mph zone on Route 1 in Searsport.

April 26
Terry Watson, 28, of Troy was arrested on a warrant for failing to pay fines.

Evan Aucoin, 22, of Knox was arrested on a warrant for violating condition of release and failing to pay fines.

April 27
Mark A. Bowden, 34, of Knox was arrested for domestic assault, domestic terrorizing and domestic criminal mischief.
