Art of the knife in Belfast

Oil painter Carl Fowler has joined 24 other fine guest artists exhibiting at The Working Art Gallery, 65 Main St.

Fowler paints in oils with brush and palette knife and describes his style as playful and romantic. His love for the Maine coast is evident in his scene selections.
