The following cases were closed in Waldo County Superior Court from April 26 to April 30:

Diana M. Bickford, 28, of Fairfield, domestic violence criminal threatening, dismissed.

Michael R. Cogswell, 32, of Searsport, operating under the influence, dismissed; driving to endanger, license suspended 30 days and $575 fine.

Derek Creasy, 27, of Freedom, two counts of burglary and two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, four years in prison and total restitution of $747. Creasy was also found to have violated his probation on earlier charges of burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, and as such, his probation was revoked.

Jonathan A. Gaudet, 28, of Bangor, negotiating a worthless instrument, dismissed; two counts of negotiating a worthless instrument, four months in jail and total restitution of $1,711.05; two counts of violating condition of release, 30 days in jail (concurrent with the four months).

Edward V. Laux, 55, of Nantucket, Mass., operating under the influence, five days in jail, license suspended 90 days and $500 fine.

Todd J. Mandoline, 21, of Searsport, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

Mark Chester Munroe, 45, of Swanville, operating under the influence, license suspended 90 days and $500 fine.

David L. Orcutt, 37, of Prospect, assault, $300 fine.

Devon I. Pierce, 19, of Belfast, two counts of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, both dismissed.

Jolinda S. Rhodes, 27, of Frankfort, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine.

Christopher C. Rumney, 51, of Northport, disorderly conduct (offensive words, gestures), dismissed.

Welden E. Tripp, 62, of Frankfort, operating under the influence, dismissed; driving to endanger, license suspended 30 days and $575 fine.
