The Mustang Youth Football League invites students of Maine School Administrative District 3 to sign up for our 2010 football season. The league is open to all boys and girls from the district that will be in third through sixth grades during the 2010-11 school year.

Spring sign-ups will be Sunday, May 16 from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Larrabee Field in Knox. The field is on the Abbott Road past the Knox Town Office.

“We are headed into our third successful season and look forward to seeing many of our players return as well as many new faces,” said Amy Brown, one of the organizers of the league. “You do not need experience to play in our league.”

There is no fee to play in the Mustang Youth Football League, all safety equipment and gear will be provided by the league. All participants will be asked to assist in fundraising events throughout the season.

There will be a clinic in June, a clinic in early August and practices will begin in August. Youth football should not interfere with other youth sports being played by children.
