An arrest or summons does not constitute a finding of guilt. An individual charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at criminal proceedings.

Law enforcement officials with the Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity between May 5 and May 11.

April 30 (late entry)
Steven D. Bowden, 34, of Northport was summoned for failing to show proof of insurance.

May 4 (late entry)
Basil Littlefield, 27, of Brooks was arrested for violation of condition of release.

Lawrence Caldwell, 43, of Knox was summoned for an inspection sticker violation.

May 5
Harold Siefken, 62, of Palermo was summoned for speeding 73 mph in a 55 mph zone on Route 3 in Montville.

David A. Harvey, 57, of Unity was summoned for speeding 59 mph in a 45 mph zone on Route 131 in Waldo.

Patrick L. Thomas, 38, of Swanville was summoned for speeding 70 mph in a 50 mph zone on Route 7 in Brooks.

Eben J. Kenney, 23, of Rockland was arrested for domestic violence criminal mischief, unlawful possession of schedule W drugs, and violation of condition of release.

David Linscott Jr., 28, of Searsport was arrested for burglary and theft.

May 6
Dennnis Pomeroy, 29, of Searsport was arrested for burglary and theft.

Melinda A. Reynolds, 52, of Searsmont was summoned for speeding 68 mph in a 55 mph zone on Route 220 in Unity.

May 7
Bengie Littlefield, 38, of Brooks, was arrested for disorderly conduct and placed on probation hold.

Marshall Lowe, 46, of Jackson was arrested for violating condition of release and for domestic violence assault.

Ronald J. Travis, 19, of Swanville was arrested on a warrant for failure to pay fees.

Paul K. Henderson, 23, of Swanville was arrested on a warrant for failing to pay fees.

Jason S. Roberts, 29, of Brooks was arrested for operating after suspension.

Michael A. Fuller, 49, of Islesboro was arrested for domestic terrorizing and domestic assault.

May 8
Timothy P. Ricker, 26, of Belfast was summoned for operating under the influence.

Wayne H. Bickford, 27, of Montville was summoned for an inspection sticker violation.

May 9
Daniel White, 20, of Troy was arrested on a warrant for failing to appear for arraignment and for negotiating a worthless instrument.

May 10
Gregory J. Purinton-Brown, 35, of Monroe was summoned for operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Joshua Allen, 51, of Unity was traveling along Route 137 in Knox at about 2:20 p.m. when he dropped some mints. He looked down and when he did, the vehicle went off the right side of the road. Allen’s 1994 Chevrolet SUV hit the embankment and rolled over. Damage to Allen’s car was estimated at $6,500. Allen was checked by local ambulance and released shortly after.

Sarah A. Fuller, 26, of Thorndike was summoned for an inspection sticker violation.

Stanley Curtis, 44, of Brooks was summoned for an inspection sticker violation, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a usable amount of marijuana.

Brett N. Ginn, 26, of Brooks was summoned for an inspection sticker violation.

Amanda Hayes, 31, of Knox was arrested for a probation violation.

Briana A. Cummings, 26, of Camden was summoned for an inspection sticker violation.

Curtis L. Charette, 25, of Belmont was summoned for an inspection sticker violation.

Theodore R. Emery, 25, of Camden was summoned for speeding 67 mph in a 45 mph zone on Belfast Road in Northport.

Heather R. Engstrom, 34, of Union was summoned for speeding 59 mph in a 45 mph zone on Belfast Road in Northport.
