The following cases were closed in Waldo County Superior Court between May 24 and May 28:

Christopher Beeton, 22, of Belfast, burglary, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.

Brielle Dalton, 21, of Winterport, was found to have violated her probation for a previous drug trafficking offense and was given eight days in jail and had her probation partially revoked.

Joshua E. Freeman, 46, of Liberty, two counts of unlawful possession of oxycodone, $400 fine for each.

Christopher J. Gerhard, 22, of Halifax, Mass., operating under the influence, $500 fine and 90-day suspension of license.

Sheila M. Glaude, 52, of Searsport, unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug, dismissed.

Peter C. Graham, 65, of Belfast, operating under the influence, $500 fine, 12 days in jail and 90-day suspension of license.

Tiffeny L. Green, 36, of Belmont, unlawful possession of hydrocodone, $400 fine and six months in jail; violating condition of release, 60 days in jail.

Jason S. Roberts, 29, of Brooks, operating while license suspended or revoked (with prior), $500 fine.

Greg Rossner, 57, of Belfast, violating condition of release, dismissed; operating under the influence, dismissed.

John Shifflett, 47, of Belfast, violating condition of release, $200 fine; disorderly conduct, $200 fine.

Adam L. Skinner, 21, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked (with prior), $500 fine and 30 days in jail; aggravated criminal trespass, two years in jail (all but four months suspended), two years’ probation, $1,500 restitution; burglary, dismissed; domestic violence assault, dismissed; assault, $300 fine and 30 days in jail.

Bill H. Smith, 30, of Freedom, two counts of negotiating a worthless instrument, both dismissed.

Adam Stark, 31, of Lisbon Falls, criminal threatening and reckless conduct, 90 days in jail (all but 10 days suspended), one year probation.

Arthur Stevens, 53, of Swanville, two counts of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine for each.

Tawnee L. Stoltz, 21, of Belfast, assault, $300 fine; sexual abuse of a minor, dismissed.

Tanya Mae Wetmore, 19, of Searsmont, two counts of assault, $300 fine for each.
