June 13 will be Reggae Sunday at the Boat House, 58 Ocean St., thanks to dub, reggae and dancehall selections provided by DJs Natty B and Tim D from 3 to 6 p.m. All ages are welcome and there is no cover charge.

DJ Natty B is owner of Wild Rufus in Belfast, one of the largest independent record stores in Maine. A reggae fanatic since 1988, Natty makes rare DJ appearances so expect a conscious selection of fresh “riddims,” mash-ups and rugged dancehall.

DJ Tim D, who played last’s year’s BelTek, is South Portland-based with 12 years of experience mixing various forms of dance music. He was nominated in the Best House DJ category in 2009 by Portland’s electronic music collective We Push Buttons. Dancers can expect Tim D to bring a selection of classics plus some of the newer dub gaining momentum stateside.
