An arrest or summons does not constitute a finding of guilt. An individual charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at criminal proceedings.

Law enforcement officials with the Islesboro Police Department responded to the following complaints and issued the following summonses from May 31 and June 6:

June 4
Officer Fred Porter conducted a radar detail on Grindle Point. There were no violations.

Porter conducted a radar detail on Main Road by the Town Office. There were no violations.

Porter conducted a consent search of a residence at the homeowner’s request.

Porter conducted a radar detail on Pendleton Point Road by the school. He made one stop for a speed warning.

June 5
Porter conducted a radar detail on Main Road between Heald Road and Keller Point Road. There were no violations.
