Heidi J. Breault, 43, of Unity, burning prohibited material, dismissed; burning without permit, $50 fine.

Nathan Breton, 19, of Waterville, fish violation of number, amount, weight or size, $120 fine.

Carlos Castro, 35, of Belfast, domestic violence assault, $10 fine ($10 suspended), 10 days in jail.

Regina Cates, 49, of Northport, domestic violence terrorizing, $300 fine; violating protective order, $100 fine.

Linda Joyce Connors, 47, of Searsport, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; displaying fictitious vehicle certificate, dismissed.

Wayne B. Cousins, 38, of Belfast, failure to register vehicle, $100 fine.

Dennis M. Craig, 23, of Searsmont, operating under the influence (with one prior), 70 days in prison, probation revoked.

Jesse Dodge, 28, of Lincolnville, two counts of operating while license suspended or revoked (with prior), a total of $1,000 in fines and four days in jail.

Daniel Forero, 51, of Monroe, operating under the influence, $1,000 fine, 48 hours in prison, three-year license suspension; operating under the influence (with one prior), dismissed.

Jayne M. Pelletier, 45, of Kenduskeag, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $650; possession of marijuana, dismissed.

Cameron B. Philbrook, 34, of Northport, theft by receiving stolen money, dismissed; criminal mischief, criminal trespass and violating condition of release, 25 days in jail.

Robert Picard, 26, of Vassalboro, operating under the influence, $550 fine and five days in jail; violation of condition of release, motor vehicle speeding (more than 30 mph over the speed limit), failing to stop for officer, five days in jail (concurrent), 90-day license suspension and $550 fine; driving to endanger, dismissed.
