The following cases were closed in Fifth District Court in Belfast between June 28 and July 2:

Victor M. Amaro, 28, of Belfast, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and 30 days in jail; violating condition of release, 30 days in jail (concurrent).

Heather Atwood, 34, of Orland, operating under the influence (with one prior), $700 fine, 60 days in jail (all but 12 days suspended), one year probation, three-year license suspension; sale and use of drug paraphernalia, dismissed.

Owen Bucklin, 48, of Stockton Springs, violating condition of release, two days in jail.

Tami Lynn Day, 47, of Belfast, operating under the influence (no test), $750 fine, 72 hours in jail, 90-day license suspension; violating condition of release, two days in jail; two counts of unlawful possession of scheduled drug, both dismissed; sale and use of drug paraphernalia, dismissed.

Michael J. Derosier, 40, of Bangor, violating condition of release, 24 hours in jail, obstructing report of crime, dismissed.

Robert C. Eaton, 59, of Stonington, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine, $500 restitution.

Mary E. Giltner, 51, of Bangor, violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.

Glen Harris, 45, of Palermo, three counts of forgery, dismissed; three counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.

Dawn M. Kitchin, 30, of Unity, assault, $300 fine, $95 restitution.

Joshua M. Parsons, 27, of Swanville, assault, $300 fine.

Jonathan Sanipas, 16, of Winterport, operating ATV on public way, $100 fine, paid.

Henry D. Seekins, 19, of Belfast, criminal mischief, dismissed.

Devin Sprague, 19, of Swanville, operating under the influence, $600 fine, 90-day license suspension; violating condition of release, two days in jail.

Eli Swartzentruber, 25, of Unity, failing to attach turkey tag to turkey, $100 fine, paid.

Hector Troche, 38, of New Haven, Conn., rule violation (duty status not current), $250 fine, paid.

Ayron Vanhoy, 20, of Unity, terrorizing, three days in jail; violating condition of release, three days in jail (concurrent).
