The following cases were closed in Waldo County Superior Court between June 28 and July 2:

Dennis M. Craig, 23, of Belfast, operating after habitual offender revocation (with two priors), $1,000 fine and six months in jail.

John D. Davis, 56, of Montville, operating after habitual offender revocation (with one prior), dismissed.

Catherine A. Duley, 26, of Portland, operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed.

Michael J. Goulart, 27, of Belfast, unlawful possession of hydrocodone, dismissed.

John T. Hines, 44, of Swanville, criminal mischief, dismissed; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, dismissed.

Michael J. Kartman, 48, of Vassalboro, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in jail.

Traci L. Merriam, 42, of Bucksport, operating under the influence, dismissed; driving to endanger, $575 fine, license suspended for 30 days.

Georgia Potter, 25, of Liberty, criminal mischief, $100 fine.

Scott Brian Ritter, 22, of Swanville, one count of unlawful sexual contact, four years in prison (all but nine months suspended), 12 years’ probation; a second count of unlawful sexual contact was dismissed.

Tyson S. Servisky, 22, of Stockton Springs, assault, six months in jail; terrorizing, six months in jail (concurrent).

Anthony Vincent, 19, of Prospect, burglary, dismissed; criminal trespass, $500 fine.

Jonathan Wargo, 19, of Prospect, criminal trespass, $500 fine; burglary, dismissed.

Sheryl L. Warman, 43, of Stockton Springs, violated probation for a previous conviction, 45 days in jail and probation partially revoked.

Kevin Gordon Wood, 24, of Brooks, cultivating marijuana, $400 fine, 60 days in jail; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, 60 days in jail (concurrent); violating condition of release, 103 days in jail; hunting from stand or blind overlooking deer bait, 60 days in jail.
