Zachary Michael Hornick, 24, of Islesboro, failing to make oral or written accident report, $700 fine.

Bryon P. Howard, 42, of Clinton, criminal mischief, $500 fine, unconditional discharge.

Kristi R. Jackson, 24, of Belfast, passing a stopped school bus, $250 fine.

Kevin C. Jewell, 23, of Searsport, assault, $300 fine, three days in jail; assault, dismissed; two counts of violating a protective order, two days jail for each count (both concurrent); harassment by telephone, two days jail (concurrent), violating condition of release, dismissed.

Daniel E. Lane, 63, of Bangor, operating vehicle without license — condition/restrictions, $300 fine.
