An arrest or summons does not constitute a finding of guilt. An individual charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at criminal proceedings.

The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity from July 13 through July 20:

July 9 (late entry)
Kelly A. Pattershall, 26, of Stockton Springs was summoned on the Mount Ephraim Road in Searsport for a seat belt violation.

July 13
Cameron Philbrook, 34, of Northport was summoned for operating after suspension on Route 3 in Belmont.

Eric B. Wing, 39, of Belfast was arrested for operating under the influence (with two priors) and operating beyond license restriction or condition, both on Route 173 in Liberty.

Peter Richardson, 49, of Stockton Springs was summoned for violation of condition of release on Landry Lane in Stockton Springs.

July 14
Lisa A. Howie, 40, of Frankfort was arrested for violation of conditional release on Swanville Road in Frankfort. She was also summoned for operating after suspension and for criminal trespass, the latter on Windy Hill Lane in Frankfort.

July 15
Corey C. Cleary, 21, of Sidney was summoned on East Main Street in Searsport for an expired inspection sticker.

July 16
Anthony Bostic, 44, of Prospect was summoned on Hawes Bridge Road in Prospect for having an expired inspection sticker.

Michael S. Lewis, 22, of Belfast was summoned on Congress Street in Belfast for unnecessary acceleration noise and for failure to show proof of insurance.

David R. Pattershall, 63, of Stockton Springs was arrested on Curtis Road in Swanville for violation of condition of release.

Christopher Riley, 30, of Searsport was arrested on Curtis Road in Swanville for violation of condition of release.

Gertrude N. Frederick, 53, no address given, was arrested on Main Street in Stockton Springs on a warrant charging her with operating after suspension and failure to pay fines/fees.

July 17
Cassandra Smith, no age given, of Unity was summoned on Pond Road in Waldo for operating after suspension, having an expired inspection sticker and for attaching false plates.

Robert Greenwood, 50, of Troy was summoned on Route 9 in Unity for failure to show proof of insurance and for operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Angela A. Noyes, 38, of Thorndike was summoned on School Street in Unity for operating after suspension.

July 18
Rodney C. Murray, 18, of Winterport was arrested for criminal trespass on Stream Road in Winterport. He was additionally summoned for refusing to submit to arrest or detention.

Patrick L. Cook, 38, of Swanville was summoned on Curtis Road in Swanville for having an unsecured load on a vehicle.

July 19
Wade Deveney, 46, of Monroe was arrested for domestic violence assault on Mill Lane in Monroe.
