The following cases were closed in Waldo County Superior Court between July 12 and July 16:

Heidi Archambault, 24, of Harmony, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $750 fine; assault, dismissed.

Jeremy H. Bassett, 21, of Southport, N.C., false swearing, 60 days in jail; failure to give correct name, address or date of birth, 60 days in jail (concurrent); aggravated forgery, dismissed; failure to appear after having been bailed, 60 days in jail (concurrent).

Logan M. Bickford, 30, of Burnham, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, dismissed; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed.

Stephen D. Clements, 40, of Monroe, criminal mischief, dismissed.

James Dyer, 26, of Lincolnville, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, two years in prison with all but 45 days suspended, two years of probation and restitution of $200.

Elisha M. Farley, 26, of Winterport, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, 18 months in prison with all but 45 days suspended, two years of probation and restitution of $48.

Catherine Finn, 52, of Belfast, operating under the influence (no test), $600 fine, two days in jail, license suspended for 90 days.

Aaron Gibbs, 34, of Stockton Springs, violating a protective order, $750 fine.

Colin T. Goodwin, 33, of Swanville, operating under the influence (no test, with one prior OUI), $700 fine, 60 days in jail with all but seven days suspended, one year of probation and license suspended for three years; operating under the influence (no test, with one prior OUI), dismissed.

William J. Gould, 32, of Searsmont, two counts of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, total of $800 fine, two years in prison with all but 90 days suspended and two years of probation.

Patricia Jo Griffith, 30, of Bangor, burglary of a motor vehicle, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed; theft by receiving stolen property, $300 fine, five days in jail and $20 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed; burglary, dismissed.

John H. Howard Jr., 34, of Augusta, four counts of burglary, five years in prison, all suspended, two years of probation and restitution of $5,948.97; four counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in jail, restitution of $1,287.85.

Jeffery D. Joslen, 57, of Belmont, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, two years in prison, all but four months suspended, two years of probation, $2,492 in restitution; forgery, four months in jail; theft by unauthorized use of property, four months in jail (concurrent).

Dean W. Kinney Sr., 40, of Knox, operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine, 90 days in jail.

James A. Koehler, 57, of Bangor, domestic violence assault, six months in jail.

William S. Magruder, 52, of Northport, driving to endanger, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days.

William J. Mathieson, 29, of Montville, operating under the influence, dismissed; driving to endanger, $575 fine, license suspended 90 days.

Richard B. Miller, 53, of Searsport, driving to endanger, dismissed; operating under the influence, $1,000 fine, license suspended 90 days, restitution of $204.05.

Nicholas R. Moll, 27, of Waldo, two counts of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, both dismissed; failing to make oral or written accident report, 30 days in jail; operating vehicle without license — condition/restriction, 30 days in jail (concurrent); operating under the influence (two priors), dismissed.

Eric Robinson, 23, of Searsport, domestic violence terrorizing, four months in jail; domestic violence assault, four months in jail (concurrent); criminal mischief, 30 days in jail (concurrent). Robinson also had his probation partially revoked and continued on a previous charge of aggravated criminal mischief that dated back to 2006.

James W. Ross, 53, of Liberty, operating after habitual offender revocation (with a prior), $1,000 fine, five years in prison with all but two years suspended, two years of probation; operating vehicle without license — condition/restriction, four months in jail; obstructing government administration, four months in jail.

Bill H. Smith, 35, of Freedom, three counts of home repair fraud, all dismissed; two counts of theft by deception, both dismissed.

Cassandra Smith, 20, of Unity, cultivation of marijuana, $400 fine.
