Wendall J. Woodbury, 68, died Oct. 20, 2010.

Born in Belfast, he was a son of Blaine Woodbury and Nellie (Jackson) Woodbury.

He was the husband of Faith (Lewis) Woodbury of Manheim, Pa., to whom he was married for 48 years. In addition to his wife he is survived by a daughter, Theresa, wife of Craig Williams of Lititz, Pan.; a granddaughter, Alyssa Williams, also of Lititz, Pa.; two brothers, Kerry L.Woodbury of Bangor and Blaine Brian Woodbury, of Morrill; and five nieces and a nephew.

Wendall graduated from Crosby High School in Belfast and the Leland Powers School of Radio, Television and Theater in Boston. He was employed by the Maine Hildreth Television Network, as an announcer at WAGM-TV, Presque Isle and WABI-TV, Bangor. He was a news anchor for WGAL-TV 8 in Lancaster, Pa. He had been the owner of WJW Video Productions since 1992.

He was active in local theater productions in Lancaster, Pa., as well as national and regional TV commercials. His life’s passion was capturing images on film and video for business and pleasure. He enjoyed listening to audio books, movies and spending time with his family.

Funeral services will be held Friday, Oct. 29, at 11 a.m. at St. Thomas’ Episcopal Church, 301 St. Thomas Road, Lancaster, Pa. A private interment will take place at a later date.
