Lisa M. Fernandes, founder and president of Portland-based The Hibernia Group, will explore the core methodologies of customer relationship management in a breakfast program from 7:30 to 9 a.m. Dec. 9 at the Maine Audubon Center. The program is open to the public and is one of a series of fall programs offered by Maine Businesses for Social Responsibility.

MEBSR is a statewide membership organization that serves as catalyst for creating a sustainable economy in Maine by integrating environmental, community, and workplace excellence with profitable business practices. MEBSR’s approximate 400 members include an abundance of locally owned small businesses along with a number of Maine’s largest companies.

In this skill-building session, Fernandes will focus on the core CRM strategies that will help a small business meet its goals.

The program will also include a discussion of how to use contact management tools to help build profitable relationships with integrity, along with some exercises that attendees can take away and apply to their interactions with leads, prospects and customers.

For more information about MEBSR or to register for the event, contact 338-8908. Registration for the breakfast program costs $10 for MEBSR members and $15 for nonmembers.
