With a tremendous snowstorm rocking not only the Midcoast but the entire Pine Tree State, all local high school athletic events scheduled for Wednesday, Jan. 12 have been postponed or canceled.

The following are Wednesday’s postponements and cancellations. Makeup dates and times will be included for the events that, at this point, have them:

• Belfast, Medomak Valley at Mount View wrestling, postponed to Thursday, Jan. 13 at 6 p.m.

• Searsport at Deer Isle-Stonington boys basketball, postponed.

• Vinalhaven at North Haven boys and girls basketball, postponed.

• Camden Hills at Brewer wrestling, postponed.

• Old Town at Camden Hills ice hockey, postponed.

• Camden Hills at Mount Blue Nordic skiing, canceled.
