Beth L. Gannon, 88, of Manchester, N.H., died Monday Feb. 14, 2011, at Villa Crest Healthcare in Manchester, N.H.

She was born in Somerville, Mass., Jan. 20, 1923, a daughter of the late Lawrence and Mildred (Brown) Ingalls. She lived in Londonderry, N.H., before moving to Liberty. She returned to Londonderry, N.H., and lived there for eight years before moving to Villa Crest Healthcare.

Mrs. Gannon had been employed as a clerk for Gannon Oil Co. in Derry for many years.

She is survived by two daughters, Judy Evans and her husband Charlie of Hooksett, N.H., and Linda Venne and her husband David of Poland; as well as three grandchildren, Lori Evans, Mark Evans, and Nathan Venne.

She was predeceased by her husband Robert L. Gannon in March 2010.

Following cremation, a calling hour will be Friday, Feb. 18, from 10 to 11 a.m. at Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry, N.H. A memorial service will follow at 11 a.m. in the funeral home. The burial will be in the Forest Hill Cemetery in East Derry in the spring.
